AccelerateLMS is an independently operated online LMS consultancy. This notice explains how information is handled when you use this website, submit a form, or interact with analytics and advertising measurement tools.
Information we collect
The Onboarding Opportunity Check reads selected PDF, DOCX and TXT files in your browser. The file and your calculator inputs are not uploaded to AccelerateLMS or saved by that tool. If you choose to book a call, the booking provider handles the information you submit there under its own terms.
When you submit a form, we may collect your name, work email address, company, approximate learner numbers, training use case, message, and whether you have agreed to follow-up contact.
We may also record technical and attribution information such as the page URL, referrer, campaign identifiers and UTM parameters when available.
Website chat
If you ask a question in the website chat, your message and recent questions in that open chat may be sent through a Netlify function to OpenAI to generate an answer. The chat does not ask for an account and does not save conversation history in your browser between visits. Please do not include passwords, learner records, or sensitive personal details. If AI is unavailable, the widget can show a fixed answer drawn from this website instead.
Chat requests use the OpenAI API with response storage disabled in our request. OpenAI may still process data under its applicable service terms. You can contact us directly at hello@accellms.com instead of using chat.
Why we use this information
- To respond to enquiries about LMS setup, optimisation, content conversion and related consultancy support.
- To understand which marketing or referral source generated an enquiry.
- To improve the website and understand visitor behaviour where analytics consent has been given.
- To measure advertising conversions where the required consent has been given.
Legal basis
We process enquiry information to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps before entering into a consultancy engagement. Where you separately consent to follow-up or analytics, we rely on that consent for those purposes.
Forms and service providers
Website forms are processed using Netlify. Analytics measurement uses Google Analytics 4. Advertising measurement may use the OpenAI Ads Pixel. These providers may process technical information on our behalf or under their own service terms.
Cookies, local storage and consent
Analytics and advertising measurement are disabled by default. If you choose Accept analytics, analytics storage is enabled and consent-gated measurement tools can load. If you choose Decline, analytics and advertising storage remain denied.
Your choice is stored in your browser so the banner does not appear on every visit. Campaign attribution may also be stored temporarily in session storage so that a lead can be associated with its original source during the same browsing session.
You can change your analytics choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and lead information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, manage any resulting consultancy relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal or administrative requirements.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support the website, forms, email delivery, analytics or advertising measurement where needed for those services.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to hello@accellms.com.
Third-party links
This website may link to third-party services, including TalentLMS. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. AccelerateLMS is an independent LMS consultancy and does not own or operate TalentLMS.

This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published here.
